VISION STATEMENT

Membership to the Forum is capped so that we are truly a “Photographer’s Home”.
Members know each other and feel comfortable and safe sharing in Beyond’s environment. Members are already full or part-time professionals, or aspiring to be one in the near future.
If you have a love for creating beautiful images, then this is the place for you!
Beyond Just Images runs competitions, provides shared resources for its’ members and has Guest Artists/Teachers who share on a regular basis. Beyond is all about members encouraging and enabling each other to become better at the art they love. 

To take not just images but to create art!
To push beyond what is deemed to be possible today and take it to the next level.
With this vision in mind each member looks for the best in others and then pushes them to go beyond the boundaries of where they are today.
We want each member to look back in six or twelve months time and say “Wow, look how far I have come”.

Forum Terms & Conditions

  • REGISTRATION TO THIS FORUM IS US$65 PER ANNUM, this includes your forum membership, a listing on www.2findaphotog.com, a downloadable Bi-annual magazine and access to past teachings by Top Photographers. . When you click on the “Agree” button below, you are acknowledging that you have read and understood our Terms, Conditions and Vision Statement. We insist that you abide by these rules and continue to foster the Vision along with other members of this Board. This is a contract between yourself and Beyond Just Images, any violation of these terms, may result in immediate termination of membership and serious infringements may result in legal action, once your registration has been approved, you will be sent a PayPal request for your Annual Subscription. When this is paid, you will be granted access to the Forum.

  • WHEN REGISTERING:::: Please use your REAL NAME (first and last), all members must do this for your protection and theirs. If you do not do this you will be asked to change it before you can be granted permission to view the Board. On accessing the Board for the first time, please go to your Control Panel and add in your LOCATION. We are an International Board and it is nice to know where everyone resides, but it also allows you to see which members are living and working in your locale. We endeavour to not take members from the EXACT same areas....thus offering you a secure sharing environment. PLEASE NOTE; this is NOT guaranteed

  • Although the administrators and moderators of Beyond Just Images will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this forum, it is impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Beyond Just Images, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

  • Beyond’s Forum and Gallery was designed and is owned by Kelly Bennett and Amanda Haynes. Neither Kelly nor Amanda nor any part of Beyond Just Images Forum and Gallery will be responsible or held liable for any information posted, written, uploaded or expressed on this site. Neither are we liable for any use or misuse of its’ contents by members.

  • By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

  • The owners and moderators of Beyond Just Images reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason. We also maintain the right to refuse membership to anyone for any reason.

  • Termination of your membership will not entitle you to a refund. Refunds are also not given for any reason.

  • This is a capped membership forum and therefore we have a waiting list of people wanting to become members. Members who do not post anything within an EIGHT WEEK PERIOD are initially sent an email asking if they still wish to maintain their membership, if they do not respond, or respond in the negative, then their membership is terminated. NO REFUND IS GIVEN in whole or part.

  • We advise all members to watermark their images before loading to ANY online community, forum or gallery.

  • All Content included on this website is the property of Beyond Just Images, its’ content providers, or its members, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Reproduction, distribution or display of the content on this website is strictly prohibited and NO downloading or copying of images is permitted. Members who do this will be immediately teminated and legal action will result. Exceptions are made for members who wish to aid another member in proofing images.

  • Mentioning of other forums and boards, photography related or otherwise, is to be kept at a minimum. NO discussions about other boards or promotion of other boards is allowed.

  • You may not use this site to host images or content. All files uploaded to this site are for members ONLY.

  • Sharing your registered account is grounds for immediate ban. IP addresses are recorded and checked by moderators. Offending members will be contacted immediately.

  • These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.

  • Please note that not every membership application is approved, your membership application will be reviewed by our team and we will contact you with further instructions.
